General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The consumer who accesses the website www.coffeestorming.it in order to make purchases is required, before submitting the order, to read carefully these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which may be consulted at any time on this page.

The seller is hereinafter referred to, for brevity, as “CoffeeStorming”.

 

 

2. Subject matter

Under this contract the Customer purchases products at a distance through the website set up by CoffeeStorming and identified by the domain: https://coffeestorming.it.

These contractual terms are accessible on the website and are deemed to be known to the Customer at the time of purchase.

Pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003, CoffeeStorming informs the Customer that every order submitted will be stored for legal purposes, in compliance with criteria of confidentiality and security.

The Customer may request information, send communications or submit complaints by contacting customer service:

3. Consumer Customer

“Customer” or “Consumer” means the natural person who accesses the website and purchases products for purposes unrelated to any commercial, business or professional activity they may carry out.

The provisions of the Codice del Consumo (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and of the applicable legislation on electronic commerce apply to the consumer Customer.

For any purchases, commercial enquiries or B2B relationships, CoffeeStorming may handle specific terms, quotations or dedicated agreements.

4. Selection and ordering of products

The characteristics and the price of the products on sale are set out on the page relating to each product.

In order to purchase the products, the Customer must complete and submit the order form in electronic format, add the products to the cart, check the details entered and confirm the order.

Before submitting the order, the Customer is required to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy.

By submitting the order, which constitutes a contractual offer, the Customer acknowledges that they have read the information provided during the purchase procedure and that they accept these terms in full.

CoffeeStorming reserves the right not to accept orders that are anomalous, incomplete, incorrect or suspicious, or that come from users with whom disputes are pending.

The contract between CoffeeStorming and the Customer is deemed to be concluded upon acceptance of the order by CoffeeStorming. Acceptance is communicated by means of a confirmation email containing the order number, the billing details, the list of the products purchased and the total price.

5. Product information

The products offered on the website comply with the national and European Union legislation in force in Italy.

The information and the characteristics relating to the products are available in the description sheet of each product.

The images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics, the size, the packaging or the actual appearance of the product.

In the event of any difference between the image and the written description in the product sheet, the written description prevails.

6. Prices, availability and conditions of purchase

CoffeeStorming reserves the right to vary at any time the type and the products offered on the website, including in relation to stock availability.

CoffeeStorming does not guarantee that the products presented on the website are always available or available within the times indicated, as this depends on stock levels and on the applicable commercial policies.

All prices shown on the website are expressed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

The price of the products may be changed without notice up to the moment the order is confirmed. The price charged to the Customer will be the one published in the product sheet at the time the order is submitted.

The products remain the property of CoffeeStorming until full payment of the purchase price and of any ancillary costs has been made.

7. Payments

CoffeeStorming accepts payments by credit card and/or by any further payment methods indicated at checkout.

Payment must be completed in accordance with the methods indicated on the website. In the event of non-payment, CoffeeStorming may not proceed with the processing or the shipping of the order.

8. Shipping and returns

 

Orders placed on CoffeeStorming are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of purchase. Delivery costs and times are indicated during the order procedure and in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If the parcel is damaged, opened, wet or otherwise irregular, the Customer is invited to sign the transport document with the wording “riserva di controllo” (subject to inspection) and to notify CoffeeStorming promptly.

The consumer Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the conditions set out in the section dedicated to the right of withdrawal.

 

9. Delivery of the products and shipping costs

The order submitted on the website will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when the order is placed.

Italy, including the islands. The shipping cost depends on the total weight of products and packaging: 11,90 € up to 3 kg, 13,90 € over 3 and up to 5 kg, 15,90 € over 5 and up to 10 kg, 21,90 € over 10 and up to 20 kg, 26,90 € over 20 and up to 30 kg, 39,90 € over 30 kg. For orders with a value equal to or higher than 70,00 € shipping is free for shipments up to 10 kg; above that weight the rate of the relevant weight band applies. All amounts include VAT. Any offers, promotions or specific conditions highlighted on the website remain unaffected.

European Union. The shipping cost is 33,00 € for a total weight up to 10 kg and 39,00 € above that weight. For Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus and Greece the cost is 49,00 € whatever the weight. All amounts include VAT. Any customs or tax charges applicable in the territories of the Union with a special tax regime, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, are borne by the recipient.

The shipping conditions set out in this section apply to orders received from 13 October 2026.

Collection at our premises. When placing the order the Customer may choose free collection at the operational premises at Via V. Veneto 18, 17031 Albenga (SV), from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 16:00.

Delivery takes place by express courier approximately within 24/48 hours from the day of dispatch, save for hard-to-reach locations, carrier delays, force majeure or circumstances beyond the control of CoffeeStorming.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays or on closing days will be processed on the first following working day.

In the event of obstacles to delivery due to force majeure, CoffeeStorming will contact the Customer by email to inform them of the delay.

Delivery is deemed to be completed at the moment the product is made available to the Customer at the address indicated when the order was placed.

10. Right of withdrawal

The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days of the date of delivery.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• the returned products must be sent back in their entirety;

• the products must be returned in their original packaging, intact and undamaged;

• the products must be shipped to CoffeeStorming in a single consignment;

• the products must be handed over to the courier within 10 working days of receipt, save for any different applicable provisions.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, CoffeeStorming will refund the amount paid in accordance with the methods and the time limits provided for by the applicable legislation and in any case after receipt and verification of the returned goods.

In the event of a return, the costs of sending the goods back to CoffeeStorming are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated or required by law.

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, or due to the food nature of certain products, limitations on the right of withdrawal may apply in the cases provided for by the legislation in force.

11. Warranty and lack of conformity

In the event of a lack of conformity of the products purchased with the description published on the website, the Customer is entitled to the remedies provided for by the applicable legislation, including, where possible, replacement of the product.

Where replacement is not possible or proves excessively burdensome, the Customer may be entitled to a reduction of the price or to termination of the contract, in the cases provided for by law.

In the event of termination of the contract, CoffeeStorming will return the price paid by the Customer, together with any ancillary costs due. In the event of a reduction of the price, CoffeeStorming will return the amount of the reduction agreed or due.

The warranty is personal and applies to the original purchaser.

12. Liability

CoffeeStorming undertakes to correct any errors in the description of the products offered on the website in the shortest possible time from the report.

The report may be made by contacting customer service at the addresses indicated in these terms.

CoffeeStorming is not liable for damage arising from improper use or consumption of the product, use that does not comply with the instructions provided by the manufacturer, fortuitous events, force majeure or acts of third parties.

13. Website content and intellectual property

The content of the website, including by way of example texts, images, photographs, logos, graphics, layouts, videos, documents, designs, features and software, is protected by copyright and by every other intellectual property right of CoffeeStorming and/or of the respective owners.

The reproduction, modification, duplication, copying, distribution, sale or any exploitation of the content of the website without the prior written authorisation of CoffeeStorming or of the relevant rights holders is prohibited.

Any use of the distinctive signs appearing on the website that does not comply with the law or that is unauthorised is also prohibited.

14. Processing of personal data

The processing of the personal data of users and Customers is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Before submitting the order or using the services that involve the provision of personal data, the Customer is invited to read the Privacy Policy carefully.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall have jurisdiction, if located within the territory of the Italian State.

In all other cases, where permitted by law, the Court of Savona shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Online dispute resolution for consumers

The European Commission has set up an online platform for the alternative resolution of disputes relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services concluded online.

The European consumer may use that platform for the out-of-court resolution of any disputes arising from the online contract concluded with CoffeeStorming.
