In Albenga our Giesen roaster has a space of its own, in full view, and anyone who walks in hears it working before they order. We roast one batch at a time, following every coffee on time and on bean temperature, so that chocolate stays chocolate and fruit makes it all the way into the cup.

Cercavo da tempo un locale così.Il caffè ad Albenga è qui. Andateci per capire finalmente cosa sia davvero il caffè. Locale perfetto per lavorare, chiacchierare, e prendersi un momento per se stessi gustando uno specialty coffee. Per la prima volta mi sembra di stare all'estero. Ho smesso di cercare.
