WE ROAST HERE!

In the back of the venue you will find our ROASTER ZONE where our specialty beans are roasted in small batches, each one with the roasting curve that brings out its best. Matilda, our roasting machine, is a 6 kg Giesen W6A that fires up on Saturdays, and on the days she is working the aroma of freshly roasted beans fills the whole room. If you want to see her at work, ask us when the next roasting session is scheduled!
