We are a micro roastery and specialty coffee shop, where we select and roast small batches of the highest quality coffee with fascinating stories behind them. With enthusiasm and dedication, we strive to bring excellence to the cup, the love that binds us and makes us a community with local producers. To this, we add the art of hospitality, using local and traceable products in our coffee shop, enhancing our territory. A RECENT HISTORY WITH ROOTS IN THE PAST
Coffee Storming was founded in 2022, but its roots go back to 1936 when a small artisan roastery, that of our great-grandfather, was located exactly where our contemporary micro roastery now stands.
We owe to him the immense passion that we still nurture, more alive than ever, for the extraordinary world of coffee.
Coffee is a product capable of telling stories, of creating connections. We consider our roastery a bridge between distant people who share the same passion. Roast after roast, we enhance coffees from partners all over the world, giving voice to their stories, their efforts, and their commitment.
THE ART OF ROASTING
Once they arrive at our roastery, the microlots are analyzed, and the precious green beans are carefully selected before roasting. Each coffee is tested through cupping and then roasted following a dedicated roasting curve to extract its true aromatic profile and offer a unique sensory experience in the cup. Our roast master uses a 6 kg gas Giesen, and for extraction, we use the most advanced equipment available on the market. In general, we use a medium-light roast to achieve a recognizable taste and consistent body. During the process, key parameters are automatically monitored, and each batch follows a rigorous quality control process.
