EUREKA Peppe
Coffee keeps its fragrance locked inside the whole bean until the moment you grind it, when it all comes out at once. Peppe is made for that moment, especially on mornings that start with a filter brew. Its 50 mm flat burrs, in hardened steel and made in Italy, have a geometry designed for filter coffee and still perform well when you feel like an espresso.
Grind adjustment is micrometric and continuous, a stepless system patented by Eureka that lets you stop exactly where the cup asks you to. On its way to the collection cup the ground coffee passes through the ACE system, designed against clumps and static, so what goes into your filter is loose and ready for the water.
All it takes is one button, with no menus or programs to learn. Inside runs a 310 W AC motor, a choice Eureka describes as unique in its category and built to last. The smoked hopper shields the waiting beans from light, while the compact matte black body fits even a small kitchen.
A grinder for anyone who has decided that good coffee starts at home, with the fragrance of a freshly ground dose.
