CAFEC SFP Support Forest Paper Filter
A paper that comes from the forest and respects it.
Made in Japan and FSC certified, CAFEC SFP filters carry a double crepe that meets the grounds across a wider surface and leaves a clean, sweet cup.
The Support Forest Filter Paper is made in Japan by CAFEC, a company that specialises in paper filters, from natural virgin pulp with no added fluorescent substances. FSC certification follows the paper from raw material to production, to the traceability standards of the Forest Stewardship Council. A shallow double crepe on both sides widens the contact surface with the coffee, while the even, smooth texture is softer and denser than that of CAFEC's Abaca filters.
They are designed for the CAFEC Flower Dripper and fit conical drippers such as Origami, Kono and Hario V60 just as well. Because the structure is finer and denser, CAFEC suggests a slightly coarser grind than usual, adjusted cup after cup until the brew flows the way you like it. The 2 cup filter covers one or two cups, the 4 cup filter two to four; every pack holds one hundred filters.
