Questions hosts ask
Does it cost anything?
Stay Local costs you nothing, neither to join nor for your guests' welcome gift. We generate the QR codes and deliver the material ourselves.
Do I have to manage anything?
Only at the start, when you place the QR codes in the rooms, at reception or in the common areas. After that, coupons, reminders and discount codes run on their own, with no bookings to log and no messages to send.
Who makes the QR codes?
Our system generates them automatically with your property's name as soon as your Stay Local account is set up, then we deliver the material to you. All that's left for you is choosing where to put them.
What do you ask of my guests?
To receive the coupon the guest leaves their details and gives privacy consent. Consent to marketing messages is optional and stays their choice.
What if the guest never comes in?
Credits follow two separate steps by the guest. One euro comes when they book a table from their coupon, two when they show the coupon QR code at the till, so if they never come in those two euros don't accrue. Either way there is nothing for you to cancel or follow up.
How do I see my credits?
You have a private area of your own, opened from a personal link. Save it in your bookmarks or in your phone notes so you can find it whenever you like. There you see the bookings, the coupons your guests have used and the credits you've earned.
Where do I spend the credits?
With us at CoffeeStorming, Via Vittorio Veneto 18 in Albenga, on coffee, breakfast, brunch, lunch or products, as you prefer. They build up on your CoffeeStorming VIP card.
