It's always a great thrill to be part of new projects and customize the coffee experience according to our customers' needs.

We roast on scheduled days, in small batches, and the coffee rests for at least a week before it leaves the roastery, the time a bean needs to open up in the cup. Every bag has its own roast date printed on it, so the freshness of what you serve is yours to check.
