Today we are telling you about CoffeeStorming cappuccino with specialty coffee Capricornio Coffee Belt.

After roasting it and trying it in espresso, we were amazed at the excellent yield in espresso extraction and even more so when we went to process it together with milk to create a cappuccino. The flavor of the milk combined with its nutty and hazelnut aromas gives off a sweetness and creamy texture that is a real treat on the palate, perfect for starting the day.

We call it a smooth coffee, with distinct notes of milk chocolate and various nuts. Its sweetness is reminiscent of raisins and prunes, which goes wonderfully with cow’s milk.
