Sidamo Finca Habesha is grown between 2000 and 2150 meters above sea level in one of Ethiopia’s most vocated areas. The heirloom plants, volcanic terroir and washed method of drying on raised beds give this coffee a remarkably clean and bright cup.
In the cup we find notes of ripe peach, caramel and white flowers, with bright citric acidity and a medium, velvety body. An elegant, consistent and refined coffee.
