Añas Blues is a washed fermented coffee grown between 1,700 and 1,950 meters in the highlands of the Amazonas region of northern Peru. Caturra and Typica varieties are hand-picked by small local growers, then processed with controlled fermentation to enhance sweetness and brilliance. The result is a clear, balanced cup with notes of red apple, caramel and citrus. A crisp, precise profile that wins you over with delicacy.
