Kilembé is a washed coffee grown at 1,800 meters within the Cerro Kilambé Natural Reserve in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua. Composed of Caturra and Typica varieties, it is washed with spring water and left to dry slowly in the sun using artisanal methods that respect the integrity of the bean.
In the cup it reveals an elegant structure and velvety sweetness, with notes of roasted almond, vanilla, chocolate and floral nuances. A harmonious, clean and persistent coffee, roasted in small batches to ensure freshness and consistency.

Kilembé was born within the Cerro Kilambé Nature Reserve, a protected ecosystem where biodiversity meets conscious cultivation. Here, at an altitude of 1,800 meters, the coffees grow slowly, nourished by spring water and protected by the shade of the forest.
Each batch is crafted with artisanal care to enhance the delicacy of the Caturra and Typica varieties, returning an elegant sweetness, velvety texture and delicate floral bouquet in the cup.
