In 2022 we discovered this plantation hidden among the slopes of Maspalomas, a unique place where coffee grows at sea level, on volcanic soil and under the influence of the Atlantic microclimate. We have been working directly with Suso and his extraordinary family ever since, cultivating a relationship that goes beyond just sourcing.
We experiment together, hand-pick, taste on the spot, and open our doors to those who want to experience it all with us. Alt Zero is proof that magic can be born where no one seeks it, and today it is also available in green coffee for those who want to roast it themselves.
