In the heart of the Cajamarca region, specifically in the village of El Corazón, is the plantation of Efrain Carhuallocllo Salvador, a producer who has dedicated his life to coffee excellence. With more than 4 hectares under cultivation, Efrain is recognized as one of the most innovative coffee growers in Peru, in fact his products have ranked among the top 10 in national competitions, including a prestigious second place in the first Peruvian edition of the Cup of Excellence.

The Geisha variety, grown between 1850 and 2000 meters above sea level, benefits from a unique microclimate and sustainable agricultural practices-Efrain avoids the use of herbicides and pesticides, ensuring a natural, high-quality product. Natural processing enhances the inherent characteristics of the bean, offering a rich and fascinating flavor profile. On tasting, this coffee reveals: floral notes of coffee flowers and jasmine, fruity hints of red fruits, peach and mango, citrus nuances of lemongrass and bergamot, and enveloping sweetness of caramel and honey.

The texture is juicy, with a balanced body and pleasant acidity.
