With more than 4 hectares under cultivation, Efrain is recognized as one of the most innovative coffee growers in Peru, in fact his products have ranked among the top 10 in national competitions, including a prestigious second place in the first Peruvian edition of the Cup of Excellence. <\/p>\n
The Geisha variety, grown between 1850 and 2000 meters above sea level, benefits from a unique microclimate and sustainable agricultural practices-Efrain avoids the use of herbicides and pesticides, ensuring a natural, high-quality product. Natural processing enhances the inherent characteristics of the bean, offering a rich and fascinating flavor profile. On tasting, this coffee reveals: floral notes of coffee flowers and jasmine, fruity hints of red fruits, peach and mango, citrus nuances of lemongrass and bergamot, and enveloping sweetness of caramel and honey. <\/p>\n
